How does Direct Primary Care work?

1. Choose Your Membership
   • Select the membership that works best for you and your family. Your monthly fee gives you access to services listed in the membership.
2. Become a Member
   • After enrolling, you will complete new patient paperwork and schedule your first visit. This is when we get to know you, your health history, and your healthcare goals.
3. Get Care When You Need It
   • As a member, you can schedule appointments for routine care, sick visits, preventative care, chronic conditions, and other included healthcare needs. Telehealth may also be available when appropriate.
4. Stay Connected
   • DPC is about more than a single appointment. Your membership allows you to maintain an ongoing relationship with your provider and communicate with us between visits when needed.
5. Pay One Predictable Monthly Fee
   • Your membership is a recurring monthly payment. There are no insurance claims or copays for services provided.

Please note: DPC does not replace health insurance. Labs, medications, imaging, specialist care, emergency care, hospitalization, and certain procedures may have an additional cost or require your health insurance.
